Galen Pittman and the Tall Sound's performance at Spike Hill last Monday night was really cool. They play captivating bebop jazz with the best moments of dissonant harmonic freak-outs. The guitar player, Adam Caine really stands out. It's rare to find a really good jazz guitar player to begin with. Caine's guitar was the centerpiece of the band's performance.
